Prior to joining Infinity FinCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Shrikant has worked with renowned brands like ICICI Bank, Reliance Home Finance, Reliance Capital, Reliance Capital Asset Management, DHFL, Piramal Group etc.

Kamlesh Shah

Head-Credit, Risk & Collection

Kamlesh Shah leads credit and operation functions at IFS Solutions Pvt ltd. Kamlesh has more than 13 years of work experience in BFSI sector. He is by qualification C.A. and managed credit appraisal and underwriting of products such as LAP and Home Loan, working capital Facility loans – OD and TL for SME and Agri with an aim to create excellent portfolio. He has expertise in managing credit underwriting and risk analysis to identify risk factors in portfolios.

• Bachelor of Commerce from H.L College of Commerce, Ahmedabad.
• Chartered Accountant from I.C.A.I.

Shibu Thomas

Operation Head

Shibu holds B.Sc. and MBA degrees and has 19 years of experience in the Operations Department. Prior to joining IFSPL, he worked for renowned companies like Reliance Home Finance and ICICI Bank. Presently, Shibu leads the Operations Department at IFSPL, and reports to the CEO.

Vijay has over 20 years of experiences and worked in various capacities across finance. Prior to joining Infinity Fincorp solution, Vijay has worked with Bajaj Group, Fullerton India, Citi Group and GE Capital.

Vijay is a commerce graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant.

Amit Korgaonkar is the CTO at Infinity Fincorp solution.

Head – Product Development

Shankar Masale leads the Product and Technology Team at IFSPL.

Shankar Masale has worked across various organisations in his career span of 22+ years. Prior to IFSPL, he work24+ years experience with a more than a decade experience in Underwriting, Credit Risk & Policy, Portfolio Monitoring, Digital transformation, Data Management etc.

Ex-employee - Indian Railways, State Bank of India, Reliance Capital, Piramal Capital & Housing, Kirloskar Capital and L&T Finance.

Graduation in Commerce, B.L.S. LLB and Masters in Financial Management.

Gunjan Jain

Chief Strategy Officer

Gunjan Jain is the Chief Strategy Officer, and his responsibilities include closely working with the CXOs, Managing investors relations, Board of Directors.

Gunjan Jain has over 15 years of experience in managing Accounts, Finance, treasury, and compliance in BFSI, logistics, and service sector in various capacities. Prior to joining Infinity Fincorp Solution, Gunjan has worked with, Mahindra Logistics Limited and Meru Cabs.
