Shrikant Ravalkar brings along rich experience in managing Credit & Risk function across the entire spectrum of both secured and unsecured products including Home Loan, LAP, CV, CE, ME, Auto, PL, BIL, SME, MFI and Construction Finance. Prior to joining Infinity FinCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Shrikant has worked with renowned brands like ICICI Bank, Reliance Home Finance, Reliance Capital, Reliance Capital Asset Management, DHFL, Piramal Group etc.

• B.Chem. Engg. (BE in Chemical Engineering).

Kailash Baheti

Independent Director

Mr. Kailash Baheti has joined as Independent Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on May 29, 2023.His education is B Com (Hons.), FCA, ACS and ACMA.

Mr. Baheti was associated with Magma Fincorp Limited (now Poonawala Fincorp Limited), a Non-banking Finance Company for about 10 years, initially as Chief Strategy officer, and later as Group CFO. At Magma Fincorp, he had handled multiple responsibilities of running of a strategically important large NBFC, a Housing Finance Company and a General Insurance Company.

Mr. Baheti worked for initial 23 years of his career, i.e., between 1988 and 2011,with a manufacturing Company, Century Extrusions Limited, engaged in manufacture of Aluminium Extrusions, where he handled various responsibilities including as CFO and as CEO of the Company.

Mr Baheti has been a Director on Board of Magma Housing Finance Limited (now known as Poonawalla Housing Finance Limited), a housing finance company from February 11, 2013 to June 09, 2020.

Nitin Nayak

Nominee Director

Mr. Nitin Nayak has joined as Nominee Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited (IFSPL) on May 11, 2023. He is nominated by holding Company of IFSPL i.e.M/s. Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited.He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry (investment banking and private equity). He started his career with DSP Merrill Lynch in investment banking and has subsequently worked with JRE Partners (a private equity business led by Rothschild) and True North Private Equity.

He has been with True North since 2012 and is based in Mumbai where he is involved in investing in businesses across multiple sectors under the financial services and consumer verticals, in developing the firm’s internal systems and processes for industry research and investment evaluation, and also working with True North’s partner companies in their business planning, M&A and capital raising efforts.

Jolly Abraham

Nominee Director

Jolly Abraham has joined as Nominee Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited (IFSPL) on April 26, 2024. She has been nominated by M/s. Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited, the holding company of IFSPL.

She has been with True North since 2017 and founded and now leads the Legal function, advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of True North's investments and exits.

Prior to True North, Jolly was a Partner at Desai &Diwanji. Her practice spanned cross-border private equity, M&A and financing transactions, commercial contracts and advice on corporate law, securities law, foreign exchange law and contract law. Before training as a lawyer, she led Aftercare and Admin for International Justice Mission in Mumbai and was a management trainee in Human Resources at Unilever Bestfoods.

Jolly holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai and B.A. in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. She also holds an M.A. in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Jolly enjoys a good story in any form and several genres of music.

Vinay Baijal

Independent Director

Mr. Vinay Baijal has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on September 16, 2024. He holds a Postgraduate degree in science and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (IIBF).

With an extensive and distinguished career, Mr. Baijal has made significant contributions to India's financial sector. He served as the Chief General Manager (CGM) at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), where he led the Foreign Exchange Department. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing policies related to exchange control in India. Additionally, he was instrumental in drafting the Rules and Regulations under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).He has also contributed to drafting Rules and Regulations under FEMA. He set up the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) and served as its first CEO.

He has served as a member of the World Bank Task Force on International Standards on Credit Data Reporting as well as of the National Core Committee to deal with FATF Assessment of India in 2009.

Arpit Beri

Nominee Director

Mr. Arpit Beri has joined as Nominee Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited (IFSPL) on January 13, 2025. He has been nominated by M/s. Jungle Ventures IV VCC who is the shareholder of the IFSPL.

Arpit is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. At Jungle, Arpit is focused on investments in the Indian market.

Before Jungle, he led India investments at Shunwei Capital, focusing on e-commerce, consumer marketplaces, and content platforms. He also spent two years at SAIF Partners, specializing in social networking and consumer transaction portals, and was previously the head of sales at Housing.com.
