Shrikant Ravalkar brings along rich experience in managing Credit & Risk function across the entire spectrum of both secured and unsecured products including Home Loan, LAP, CV, CE, ME, Auto, PL, BIL, SME, MFI and Construction Finance. Prior to joining Infinity FinCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Shrikant has worked with renowned brands like ICICI Bank, Reliance Home Finance, Reliance Capital, Reliance Capital Asset Management, DHFL, Piramal Group etc.

• MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai.
• B.Chem. Engg. (BE in Chemical Engineering).

Arpit Beri

Nominee Director

Mr. Arpit Beri has joined as Nominee Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited (IFSPL) on January 13, 2025. He has been nominated by M/s. Jungle Ventures IV VCC who is the shareholder of the IFSPL.

Arpit is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. At Jungle, Arpit is focused on investments in the Indian market.

Before Jungle, he led India investments at Shunwei Capital, focusing on e-commerce, consumer marketplaces, and content platforms. He also spent two years at SAIF Partners, specializing in social networking and consumer transaction portals, and was previously the head of sales at Housing.com.

Vageesh Gupta

Nominee Director

Mr Vageesh Gupta has joined as Nominee Director on the board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on 31 st October 2025. He has been nominated by PG LOTUS PTE. LTD., which is the shareholder of the Company.

Vageesh has over 18 years of work experience. He is currently a Managing Director and Head at Partners Group (India) Private Limited ("PG India”).

Prior to joining PG India, he was associated with McKinsey & Co (July 2006 — June 2008), Sequoia Capital India Advisors Private Limited (July 2008 - October 2009), and TA Associates Advisory Private Limited (January 2011 — February 2016).

Murali Krishnan Nair

Nominee Director

Mr Murali Krishanan Nair has joined as Nominee Director on the board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on 31 st October 2025. He has been nominated by PG LOTUS PTE. LTD., which is the shareholder of the Company.

Murali has a total 14 years of work experience, including 11 years as an investment professional. He joined Partners Group (India) Private Limited ("PG India”) in 2016, where he is currently associated as the ‘Senior- Investment Leader’.

He has also served on the board of other Partners Group portfolio companies (viz. Ecom Express Limited, Vishal Mega Mart Limited, SPI Technologies India Private Limited in India) as an investor nominee director.

Rohit Gangadharrao Phadke

Nominee Director

Mr Rohit Gangadharrao Phadke has joined as Nominee Director on the board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on 31 st October 2025. He has been nominated by PG LOTUS PTE. LTD., which is the shareholder of the Company. Rohit has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry in vehicle finance and mortgage.

His last role was as Senior President and Head of Assets at Equitas Small Finance Bank ("Equitas”). Before joining Equitas, he served as Business Head for Home Loans at Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Limited ("Cholamandalam”). After completing his MBA at Pune University, he worked at Apple Finance Limited for six years before joining Cholamandalam.

Narayan S Thathai

Independent Director

Mr Narayan S Thathai has joined as an Independent Director on the board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited on 31 st October 2025.

Narayan has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry and post-graduation in Management from XLRI, a Graduate from Mumbai University, and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). Having a vast experience with the State Bank of India (both India & Abroad), Head of Treasury/Investments and FI of a premier National Bank in UAE & and as Senior Vice President-Head of Treasury with a Japanese MNC Bank-Mizuho Bank, besides leading the successful transition and establishment of Equitas SFB, Head of Treasury with Karur Vysya Bank Mumbai & currently Advisor to Suryoday SFB for Treasury.

Lopa Ruparel

Independent Director

Ms. Lopa Ruparel has joined as an Independent Director on the Board of Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited with effect from 30th December, 2025.

Ms. Lopa Ruparel is an experienced professional with work experience spanning almost 30 years in the Banking and Finance services domain and more specifically Internal Audit, Compliance, Quality Initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions, Talent Development etc. with extensive knowledge on the Regulatory compliances and Service standards applicable to banking companies in India. She has worked at HDFC Bank Ltd across various leadership roles, with stakeholders from multiple Businesses, Operating and Technology units as well as Assurance functions.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also completed the Management Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
